3. Sickle cell is a heridetary diseasae and to avoid future generations to get infected by this, counsallation of adults is necessary. Arogya mandal doing exactly the same with utmost honesty through creating awarness in villages.

Maharashtra arogya mandal recently started “Dr. dada gujar sickle cell clinic” at chopda.through this clinic they organised free sickle cell checkup camp at satrasen and umarati village on the date 12 & 13th january 2016 respectively. Tribal people from jalgaon district and people from sendhva and badvani district of madhya pradesh state took benefits of this camp.approximately 805 took benefit of the camp. In that 31 people found infected by sickle cell disease and 143 people found as a carrier of sickle cell virus.
5. Dr. dada gujar sickle cell clinic will distribute free medicine S3 to all the infected people. Mr. anil gujar , secretary of the organization said that in future they will organize free camps for the tribal people across the satpuda region.
